An OEM partnership with us follows a predictable path: a project consultation to understand your product and your goals, a DFM review of the design, prototyping and a First Article Inspection to prove the part, then scaled production once the first article is approved. You stay in the loop at each stage, with direct access to the people running your program rather than an account layer between you and the floor. Most program risk shows up when a design that looked fine on paper turns out to be expensive or inconsistent to machine at volume, and nobody flagged it until the tooling was committed. We review component geometry, tolerances, material choice, and assembly concerns with your engineering team before machining starts, so the part is shaped for repeatable production rather than reworked into it later. The goal is fewer revisions and a more predictable schedule once you scale.

 

A specific part of that work is pushing back on over-specification. If a tolerance you are asking for is tighter than the part actually needs, we will say so, because every unnecessary tenth adds cost and cycle time without adding function.
